Medibank
Medibank members can enjoy maximum coverage at our dental practice. If you have Medibank Extras cover for at least two months, you are entitled to a 100% claimback of up to two dental check ups and cleans every year.
Treatments can include two x-rays if they are required. Each year, members are also entitled to a custom fitted mouthguard GAP FREE. This works to your advantage if you or a family member is into contact sports.

Bupa
Bupa members with combined hospital and extras coverage are entitled to regular check ups and cleans without the GAP cost.
You need the combined Hospital and Extras cover that includes general dental. Also, you must have finished your waiting period and have enough left in your yearly limits to be eligible. The range of essential dental services covered includes the following:
- Examinations and consultations
- Scale and clean
- Fluoride treatments
- X-rays
- Mouthguards
For Bupa Members First Platinum, you will need hospital cover with Extras that include general dental to receive the benefits.
