Cancelation Fee

Thank you for booking your appointment with us. I would like to inform you about our cancellation policy to ensure you are aware of it. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the appointment or if there is a no-show, a $40 cancellation fee will be charged. This fee will be added to your account and must be paid before scheduling any future appointments.
