We are proud to announce that Happy Dentistry has been officially recognised by Mental Health First Aid Australia (MHFA) as a Skilled Workplace!

This recognition highlights our strong commitment to fostering a positive, supportive, and mentally healthy workplace for our entire team.

Our Commitment to Mental Wellbeing

At Happy Dentistry, we believe health goes beyond a bright smile, it includes mental and emotional wellbeing.
Through Mental Health First Aid training, our team has learned how to:

• Identify early signs of mental health challenges

• Provide support to colleagues and patients in need

• Create an open, compassionate, and stigma-free workplace culture

This achievement reflects our ongoing mission:
“Caring for smiles, caring for minds.”

About the Mental Health First Aid Workplace Recognition Program

The MHFA Workplace Recognition Program acknowledges organisations that make a genuine commitment to mental health awareness and training.
Being recognised as a Skilled Workplace means Happy Dentistry has:

• Trained a significant portion of our staff in Mental Health First Aid

• Embedded wellbeing principles into our workplace culture

• Established practices that promote ongoing psychological safety and support

This milestone is more than a badge, it’s a promise to continue championing mental wellbeing across our clinic and community.

Looking Ahead

As a newly recognised Skilled Workplace, Happy Dentistry is already planning for the next step: progressing to the Advanced Workplace tier in the coming years.
We’ll keep investing in our people, building resilience, and ensuring every member of our team feels valued, supported, and empowered.

Thank You to Our Team and Community
